Starting A New Blog: What blogging platform to choose?
Going to start a new blog, great! But if you want a really cool & attractive blog you should first consider a few things that are indispensable for newbie stepping into blogging. Once you have done the above you have to upload the template( facility provided by Blogger.com) & proceed further refining your blog.
